The peach pancakes were amazing! The pancakes were fluffy and so good. And the Peaches were fresh and absolutely delicious. The soft shell crab eggs Benedict was good too. The cheese grits left a little to be desired but not bad. The coffee wasn't the best. It was too strong for my liking. The food came out quick, it was fresh and hot! We had Meagan H as our waitress and she was amazing. She was friendly, fun and very kind. She knew the menu well and was efficient with service. The restaurant itself is very nice. It's decorated nice and beautiful inside. Parking isn't the easiest to find but other food is worth walking for! I highly recommend checking Barn34 out, you won't be disappointed.

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting Barn 34 during our first trip to OC and I have to say it instantly became a new favorite. We ordered the crab cake Benedict, the crab deviled-eggs, the cinnamon-roll French toast (special of the day) with scrambled eggs, the chocolate boozy boost (hot version), and the tropical punch. All food was nothing short of amazing, the service was quick and the atmosphere was cool. There’s a small parking lot located on premises with street parking and paid lots also available nearby. We will definitely be returning soon.

Ps. It’s been over a month and we’ve been craving to return to OC just go to Barn 34!

Beyond delicious! As soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed and were quickly seated upstairs. The entire staff worked seamlessly together, it was clear they were synchronized and truly functioned as a team. Our waitress, Sarah, made our visit even more enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. The food? Wow, I have no words! Everything was absolutely delicious. This is a must-visit spot whether you’re dining with family, friends, or loved ones. We can’t wait to come back and try more items on the menu!
