I can not recommend this hotel enough I can’t say one bad thing about it. The rooms are so nice and they actually take pride in cleaning and you can tell. The indoor pool with the slash pad is awesome for kids of all ages . It is pretty far down but we didn’t mind driving it wasn’t bad at all. Their plenty to do right around the hotel as well. They provided free beach chairs with your stay which I loved. The breakfast they provide is also very good. I can’t wait to stay here again.

I hate giving this hotel three stars. I loved the housekeeping staff, the pool, the splash pad, the hot tub, the location, and even the restaurant. It is at a decent price point as well.
My negative experience was the older gentleman at the desk. He was rude, impatient, and dialed out of what customer service should be. A woman was distraught over having to check out early to take a sick child to the hospital and he kept quoting company policy. I owned a business for 25 years. This was the time to tell her policy, give her a number or email to get assistance, and tell her you are so sorry for what she is going through. Likewise, we called for a crib and were told we could have one. When we arrived, we were made to feel silly for expecting one since you don't have them, only pack and plays. Just change the website to indicate what you have and educate your staff that the customer is important. We still enjoyed our stay but front desk controls the customer experience.

We've been staying here for 3 years. This year they provide beach chairs and a shuttle to and from the beach. You get 2 chairs per room. This makes it very convenient if you have kids. Also the take and go breakfast is good. Friendly staff and easy parking.
