The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable their prices were for the repair work I needed done to my rings and watches. Also the work was done very quickly and I was notified as soon as my jewelry was ready to be picked up. Highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business.

I visit Park Place when on vacation in OC for about 20 years. The owners and staff are so very kind. I've purchased many pieces of jewelry. I've also had pieces made to my design. Although I live 3hrs. away when vacationing I bring my jewelry there for adjustments needed to secure stones and claps and cleaning. Therefore I save the best for last (ladies you're all great💃) The jeweler is awesome. He continues to keep my jewelry in perfect condition. Pieces I've had for almost 20 years still look brand new!! I'm always so happy with his work. It actually contributes to a pleasant vacation. It's the little things im life that mean so much.

Karen greeted me as I walked in and was very helpful and informative. I had my CB bracket cleaned and it looks brand new. Wonderful job. I purchased a cute, beaded bracelet and love it. I can always find jewelry that I love at Parker place.
