Ruark Golf Packages

We booked a golf package which I told Anna form day one our wives were coming, we emailed back and forth, and I know we agreed on king Bayview rooms at the Park Place Hotel, upon arriving at the hotel we were only given two double beds for the 3 couples. I spoke with the front desk and showed them that we were supposed to have King Bayview rooms. I emailed Ruark that night because no one answered the phone. I spoke with the hotel manager the next morning who showed me emails from Ruark which stated for our rooms King or Queen rooms, the hotel said they would try to do their best for the next day but could not promise nothing. Ruark however was not helpful at all, would not even do anything about the mix up. Then I received a call from Chris after the trip from Ruark accusing me of changing the emails that went back & forth. They could have done something even the smallest thing to make this right. Use another company in Ocean City for your next golf trip.

We booked a package with King rooms. They gave us doubles. When we showed them the email correspondence that said King rooms they denyed and said we altered the email! They are liars and I would not recommend anyone to use them, because when they make a mistake they try to cover it up instead of owning up to it.
Update: Still instead of acknowledging a mistake they continue to try to justify. Anna said they book couples in double beds unless otherwise requested. You can't make this stuff up

Anna was a pleasure to work with, the easiest booking for golf we have had in the 6 years doing our trips by far. We sent in a proposed itinerary with courses and time frames and she perfectly accommodated our requests with extra info and suggestions. Highly recommended!
